Program Analyst

Job description

The role of the Program Analyst involves analyzing and managing data programs to support decision‑making and operational efficiency. Collect and maintain accurate data from participating startups and program activities. Ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple programs. Develop templates and processes for systematic data collection and verification. Generate ad‑hoc reports and analyses to support strategic planning, business development, and program improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for startups regarding data collection and reporting requirements. Support program managers in planning and executing core activities such as bootcamps, workshops, and demo days. Track program delivery against timelines and escalate risks or delays. Prepare program briefs, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, startup metrics, and ecosystem impact. Prepare presentations with clear data visualizations and insights. Proactively follow up with founders to ensure timely data and report submission. Support onboarding of new startups into data systems and reporting frameworks
