ABA Therapist in Classroom Settings

Job description

The role involves conducting 1:1 therapy sessions to implement ABA strategies. Developing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA. Recording and analyzing data to track progress and inform treatment. Fostering positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition in clients. Communicating effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members. Maintaining a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Flexibility working in school settings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
