Your primary role will be to evaluate, modify, and price benefits for large corporate new business and renewal quotations, while building effective relationships with sales and client management partners. Additionally, you will analyze data, improve processes, and develop reporting tools to ensure high-quality underwriting operations.

• Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
• Assess and challenge pricing strategies
• Evaluate the impact of pricing thresholds and decisions
• Support and own pricing frameworks and underwriting guidelines
• Provide analytical input into annual operating plans, forecasts, and strategic plans
• Identify structural performance gaps across segments, channels, and locations
• Support cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Strategy & Planning, Actuarial, Finance, and Operations
• Ensure effective embedded controls and compliance with regulatory requirements and the employer standards.
