Job description

Responsibilities include reviewing and processing payment requests, invoices and financial documents to ensure accuracy. Supervising supplier payments and financial obligations and ensuring timely settlement. Preparing, reviewing and executing bank transfers in accordance with approved procedures. Monitoring financial reconciliations and handling differences and payment issues. Coordinating with internal departments, suppliers and banks to ensure efficient financial operations. Preparing and analyzing periodic payment and cash flow reports. Improving payment procedures and increasing operational efficiency. Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and related regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• at least 4 years of practical experience in accounting, payments or financial operations
• good knowledge of payment procedures, bank transfers and financial reconciliations
• familiarity with accounting principles, financial control and related regulations
• experience in cash flow monitoring, financial reporting and supplier payments management
• strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
