Acts as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Manages day-to-day client communication and expectations. Develops briefs, timelines, and scopes of work. Coordinates creative, digital, and production teams. Monitors project delivery, budgets, and KPIs. Supports proposal development and presentations. Utilizes AI tools for planning, reporting, content structuring, and research. Proactively identifies risks and proposes solutions
