Occupational Therapist

Job description

the employer announces a need for an Occupational Therapist in Riyadh. Conducts standardized assessments, writes report results and discusses them with parents. Develops an individualized OT plan targeting students' weaknesses and outlines methods, strategies, and evaluation procedures in the IEP. Works within a team to design, plan, and provide an excellent collaborative learning environment. Provides home‑based programs for parents to support their children in the learning process. Delivers one‑on‑one OT therapy sessions using effective strategies. Ensures the therapy area is clean and safe before and after sessions by returning materials to their original locations. Submits monthly reports and planned IEPs to parents on time. Communicates daily with parents through the communication book. Provides daily feedback and tips for reinforcement at home. Collaborates with schools and meets with teachers to provide accommodations and modifications for students. Adheres to all CARF standards and utilizes technology (Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, OneDrive, Zoom). Follows all employer instructions and guidelines in the best interest of the center and its policies
