Job description

the employer announces a need for a Sales & Marketing Officer in the Eastern Province. Conducts market research and studies to identify sales opportunities. Communicates with customers via phone and social media to find new opportunities. Schedules meetings with potential customers and listens to their needs. Prepares and delivers product and service presentations. Generates periodic sales reports and financial data. Represents the company at important exhibitions and conferences. Negotiates and closes sales deals, handles complaints and provides solutions. Collaborates with the team to achieve better results. Collects customer feedback and shares it with management

Requirements

• Proficient communication in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Industrial catering/housing experience
• Sales or business development experience
• Saudi/Gulf market experience or return candidates
