Job description

The role focuses on delivering mental health counselling and psychotherapy to employees of the employer’s local clients in Saudi Arabia. Conduct on‑site individual sessions up to 50 minutes covering resilience, stress management and well‑being resources. Lead group sessions on coping strategies and peer support discussions. Develop and facilitate workshops to raise mental health awareness and resilience. Provide monthly utilisation reports. Collaborate with the employer’s internal clinical team to suggest program improvements. Conduct a monthly 1‑hour check‑in with the internal team during regular working hours (10 AM‑6 PM Singapore Time)

Requirements

• proficient in counselling
• proficient in psychotherapy
• minimum 3 years clinical experience
• at least 500 supervised clinical hours
• experience with trauma‑informed approaches such as TF‑CBT, EMDR, DBT, Somatic Experiencing
• available for on‑site sessions 5 days a week and evening shifts as approved
• willing to work on a 2‑year contract
• holds a valid clinical license or eligible for licensure
