Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Job description

We are seeking experienced legal professionals for multiple mid-senior level opportunities in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for providing commercially focused legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and supporting legal matters across various areas. Additionally, there will be a focus on legal risk assessments, managing external counsel and budgets, and supporting dispute management and compliance programs

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• postgraduate qualifications are advantageous for certain roles
• relevant professional qualification and licensing/eligibility to practise in Saudi Arabia or recognised jurisdictions (depending on role scope)
• experience: typically 6–12+ years of progressive legal experience (in-house and/or private practice)
• demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracting, corporate governance, projects/infrastructure, employment advisory, compliance, regulatory, disputes, or real estate
• strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
• familiarity with legal tools and systems (where relevant)
• language: professional fluency in English is required
• Arabic is advantageous and may be required for certain roles depending on documentation and stakeholder needs
• ability to manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
