Job description

the employer is seeking a Mid‑Senior Healthcare Professional for the Eastern Region. The role includes nursing, physiotherapy rehabilitation, team leadership, confidentiality, risk management, and compliance with the Saudi Health Specialties Authority. Key responsibilities: deliver safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centred care in line with guidelines and protocols; manage complex patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcome evaluations; provide clinical leadership within wards, clinics, diagnostic services or therapy teams; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care; maintain accurate clinical documentation and confidentiality; support patient safety, infection prevention, medication safety, and clinical risk management; participate in governance activities such as audits, incident reporting, and continuous improvement; ensure compliance with local regulatory and accreditation standards like CBAHI; supervise, mentor, and develop junior clinicians and students; contribute to service improvement initiatives enhancing patient experience, safety, and outcomes
