We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Saudi Arabia. The role covers multiple disciplines including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control. Ideal for professionals seeking senior-level responsibility and progression toward finance leadership or head‑of‑finance roles in fast‑growing organizations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports; managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; conducting financial and variance analysis and performance reporting; overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month‑end close; supporting strategic and commercial decision‑making with financial insights; ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal control frameworks; coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders; improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls; mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 5–10+ years progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• strong working knowledge of IFRS
• experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, SOCPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility
