Quantity Surveyor

Job description

You will manage the financial aspects of projects at the employer Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates and project budgets. Conduct feasibility studies and cost‑benefit analyses for new projects. Evaluate contractor bids and proposals. Monitor expenditures and compare costs against budgets. Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management and project teams. Administer contracts and change order processes. Work closely with project teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiencies. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• at least 12 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
• proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
• experience with Microsoft Excel and project management tools
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• strong negotiation and communication abilities
• ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• familiarity with construction regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus
