Production Engineer

Job description

• (For Saudi citizens only) • Apply local, regional and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, standards and procedures established by the employer Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations and internal procedures to protect humans and property and prevent market losses. • Develop, implement and enhance processes, tools and training that enable the employer to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while remaining in control of production, quality and cost. • Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at the employer in order to ensure quality standards are achieved and to drive improvements in engineering and manufacturing processes • Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex laboratory equipment, against standard performance and limits and in accordance with engineering/procedural standards in order to detect and address deviations. • Operate all required production machine steps and activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering
• Skill: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean methodologies
• Skill: Problem solving and analysis skills
• Skill: Process analysis and production planning
• Skill: Knowledge of quality improvement methods (Six Sigma or Lean)
• Skill: Use of production design and management software (e.g. AutoCAD, SAP)
• Location: Makkah Al-Mukarramah region
