Senior Commercial Manager

Job description

The role requires high-level skills in contract management, including contract strategy, administration, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, and at least 5 years of experience in a PMC environment. Responsibilities include leading the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms. The candidate must be able to work with legal teams and external counsel as needed, monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, support tendering processes, and prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders
