Architectural Engineer

Job description

The role involves overseeing major architectural projects at the engineering consultancy firm, with responsibilities including receiving works, preparing technical reports, documenting observations and tracking their closure, reviewing execution and detailed drawings, approving materials and samples, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications and Saudi Building Code requirements, coordinating architectural, structural and electromechanical works, and using AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office programs

Requirements

• Experience in supervising major and multidisciplinary projects
• Field experience in supervising the execution of architectural works and finishing works
• Ability to review execution and detailed drawings and approve materials and samples
• Ensuring conformity of works with drawings, technical specifications and Saudi Building Code requirements
• Experience in receiving works, preparing technical reports, documenting observations and tracking closure
• Ability to coordinate architectural, structural and electromechanical works
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
• Valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers
• High communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Prior experience in consultancy projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
