Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-out

Job description

The role leads company growth by securing new projects, expanding client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility. It involves identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The manager develops marketing campaigns, strengthens market presence, and positions the brand as a preferred partner for interior fit-out, joinery, and FF&E solutions. Ensures compliance with safety regulations in the UAE and Abu Dhabi, maintains confidentiality, and embodies corporate values of discipline, passion, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of KSA experience in the same role from interior fit‑out industry or similar
• Strong understanding of interior fit‑out, joinery, and FF&E industry (market trends, materials, finishes, project processes)
• Familiarity with tendering, estimation, and contract negotiation
• Understanding digital marketing tools, brand positioning, and corporate communications
• Awareness of KSA fit‑out market dynamics
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and deal‑closing skills
• Strong presentation, proposal writing, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong marketing and digital campaign management skills
• Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
• Networking skills to build and sustain client and industry relationships
• Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple leads, tenders, and projects simultaneously
• Ability to align sales and marketing initiatives with company goals
