Data Program Analyst

Job description

The role involves managing and analyzing data programs to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. You will work closely with various teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights, ultimately contributing to the success of our initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in the design, implementation, and management of data programs, collecting and analyzing data, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes, and analyzing program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Excel
• SQL databases
• Power BI

• Effective communication
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or program management
