Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles, with significant experience in a field advisory or supervisory capacity
• Ability to review and verify material and equipment specifications against standard requirements
• Professional Certifications related to inspection of building safety, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings
• Demonstrate ability to inspect and evaluate existing buildings against codes and standards requirements
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
