Lead the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance organizational learning. Responsible for designing and maintaining knowledge repositories, capturing critical knowledge assets, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and information accessibility. Develop and execute knowledge management frameworks and strategies; design and maintain comprehensive knowledge management systems; assess existing knowledge assets and identify gaps; foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders; lead training sessions and workshops; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations; stay updated on trends and technologies in knowledge management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree a plus
• minimum of 5 years experience in knowledge management or related field
• strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• excellent verbal and written communication
• proficiency with knowledge management software and tools
• ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
• knowledge of industry standards and best practices in knowledge management preferred
