SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Consultant

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Consultant. Responsibilities include solution design and implementation through requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and workshops for SAP S/4HANA Finance. Configure and implement General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Treasury & Risk Management, Flexible Real Estate Management, and Controlling. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as MM, PM, PS, HR and Procurement (ARIBA & SRM) to ensure end‑to‑end process connectivity from procure‑to‑pay to order‑to‑cash and asset lifecycle. Prepare configuration documents, functional specs, test scripts; conduct unit, SIT, UAT and cut‑over activities. Deliver user training, provide post‑go‑live support and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
• SAP FI or CO certification
• minimum 10+ years of SAP Finance/Controlling experience
• at least 3 full project lifecycles in SAP ECC or S/4
• at least 2 SAP S/4HANA conversion/implementation projects
• expertise in FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
• expertise in CO: Cost Centers, Cost Elements, Internal Orders
• expertise in TRM – Money Market/Fixed Deposits
• expertise in REFX – Lease and Real Estate Contract Management
• deep knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Bank Communication Management, Automatic Payments (F110)
• experience with Financial Closing, Year‑end Activities, and IFRS/GAAP compliance
• experience in Oil & Gas or large industrial sectors is an advantage
