Field Compliance Coordinator (Drilling & Gas Plants Environment)

Job description

The Field Compliance Coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations and standards in drilling and gas plant operations. Develops and implements compliance programs for drilling and gas environments; monitors program effectiveness; conducts regular safety audits and risk assessments; provides training and guidance on safety practices and emergency response; investigates safety incidents and recommends corrective actions; collaborates with cross‑functional teams to foster a safety culture; stays updated on industry regulations and best practices; ensures complete and accurate documentation and reporting of compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management or related field
• minimum of 7 years experience in health and safety compliance related to drilling and gas plants
• proficient knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proven ability to conduct effective training and audits
• experience in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies
• Occupational Health and Safety certifications are a plus
