HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities include maintaining thorough knowledge of safe work procedures and rules, enforcing all phases of established safety programs, and ensuring the workforce understands safe work procedures and is competent to perform assigned tasks safely.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction safety, including at least 1 year of experience as HSE Engineer or Senior HSE Supervisor for small projects
• strong knowledge of project specifications and standards, and medium to large-sized project experience
• experience in oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants as a Supervisor
• experience in an Engineering & Construction Company
• competent knowledge in HSE
• knowledge in performing ERT Member for incident/accident situation, chemical spill, fire, working at height, Confined Space vessel horizontal & vertical search and rescue
• knowledge in PSSR Pre start up safety review assessment, plant operation and shutdown
• knowledgeable in documentation and presentation
• good management and leadership skills with responsible attitude
• proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation applications
• ISO 45001 Certification in Construction Industry
• NEBOSH Certification (IGC1, IGC 2 and IGC3)
• IOSH Certification
