Job description

At InterContinental Hotels Group we want our guests to feel special, which means we need you to provide exceptional service. Under the guidance of the Chief Accountant/Assistant Controller, responsible for receiving, keeping, and disbursing monies and recording monetary transactions in accordance with hotel policy and procedure. Duties include collecting and verifying cash, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Experience in cashier or financial fields
• proficiency in English
• ability to work under pressure
• knowledge of financial policies and procedures
• proficiency in accounting systems
• experience in handling cash and funds
• 5+ years of experience in finance
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• proficiency in accounting software.
