Sales Manager (Cluster)

Job description

As a Sales Manager (Cluster), you will implement the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Your duties will include maintaining the pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences, developing services, products, and rates, providing exceptional standards of operation and service, and supporting the Sales & Marketing department. You will also lead a team of experienced hosts, develop a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property, and drive revenue generation and profile building for the property and Six Senses.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• at least one year of related sales experience in a luxury environment
• proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel-specific systems such as PMS and sales platforms
• demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties
• strong problem-solving, organizational abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• fluent in English
