Lead and maintain broad and deep external partner relationships with Jisr partners across all solution areas. Be knowledgeable of partners’ propositions, markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities. Ensure partner accounts align with the alliance’s vision, strategies, and capabilities. Keep partners updated on the latest developments of their alliance account. Provide feedback to partners when needed. Develop and execute attainable strategic plans based on market needs. Build multi‑level relationships with partners, including at the executive level. Generate high‑quality leads through continuous engagement with partners on marketing strategies. Coordinate with sales departments to launch partner sales planning and opportunities. Develop the division’s functional strategy in line with the organizational strategy to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment with other functional strategies. Direct daily work plans and initiatives according to the functional strategy. Establish a process for setting targets and KPIs and authenticate the division’s scorecard. Develop and supervise key businesses, financial risk management, and mitigation tactics within the division. Ensure documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to achieve operational excellence. Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (required)
• Master's Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
