E-Learning Instructional Designer

Job description

The role transforms complex information into engaging and effective digital learning experiences. It is a fully remote six‑month contract collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop interactive content for an Australian organization. Responsibilities include storyboarding, content development, LMS implementation, and quality assurance. The designer will improve existing programs, explore emerging learning technologies, and propose innovative approaches. Requirements

• Git
• e‑learning
• at least two years of experience in instructional design, education, or training
• hands‑on experience with Articulate
• practical experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• knowledge of SCORM‑compliant environments
• ability to create storyboards and audio/video scripts
• ability to conduct usability testing and quality assurance
• knowledge of visual standards and copyright requirements
