Job description
We are hiring a Service Team Leader – Air Compressor for a leading organization in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: lead the service team; perform compressor maintenance and adjustments; troubleshoot technical issues; provide industrial customer support; supervise service teams and ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- Age 30–35 years
- minimum 10 years of experience in air compressor service/maintenance
- proficient in air compressor service
- experience with manufacturers the employer Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, ELGi, Gardner Denver, Sullair, Chicago Pneumatic or similar
- strong hands‑on experience in servicing, troubleshooting and customer support
- experience supervising service teams and handling industrial customer requirements
- strong technical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
