Senior Manager - District Integration (Rail)

Job description

the employer is seeking a Senior Manager – District Integration to join their team. You will solve critical physical and functional puzzles where a state‑of‑the‑art Grade of Automation 4 (GoA4) driverless rail system meets a massive master‑planned urban development. Your role ensures stations, viaducts, tunnels, and auxiliary infrastructure blend seamlessly into developer districts without compromising rail performance or masterplan goals. This highly collaborative, technical coordination role involves managing infrastructure configurations, driving spaceproofing, and hunting down multi‑disciplinary clashes. Your mission is to protect rail asset integrity while embedding fire life safety, operations & maintenance, and a world‑class customer experience into every interface.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale rail, transit, or complex urban infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in multi‑disciplinary interface management
• Strong understanding of rail alignment constraints, structural clearances, and spatial requirements for GoA4 systems including tunnels, viaducts, and stations
• Proficiency with BIM coordination workflows and modern design software
• Strong knowledge of international fire life safety codes (e.g., NFPA 130) and rail operations & maintenance realities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related technical discipline
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with developers to protect the rail asset while maintaining collaborative relationships
