QHSE Manager

Job description

We are seeking a QHSE Manager to lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) matters on the Water Pipeline project, ensuring contractors and project teams deliver the works safely, in compliance with statutory, client, and contractual requirements, and to the required quality standards, while protecting people, assets, and the environment. This person will develop, implement, and maintain the project QHSE Management Plan, procedures, and governance framework, conduct site inspections and surveillance of contractors, analyze QHSE performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in QHSE management on major infrastructure projects, including significant experience on water, oil, and gas or other large-diameter pipeline projects
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, and of KSA regulatory, environmental, and client QHSE requirements
• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent)
• ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor certification
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis (e.g., ICAM, TapRooT), audits, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence contractors and senior management.
