Holiday Inn Riyadh the employer Yard, KSA offers a modern full‑service hotel environment. Located in Al Suwaidi district, the hotel features 103 contemporary rooms, three dining outlets, a boardroom, pool and fitness centre. We are seeking a Sales Director to drive room, meeting suite and banquet occupancy. Responsibilities: manage daily sales activities and coach the team; achieve personal and team sales targets to maximise profitability; create and implement sales plans to increase occupancy, average rates, food‑and‑beverage and banquet sales; produce and review monthly performance reports; develop and maintain relationships with key clients and external contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field
• four or more years experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing with direct supervisory responsibility
• strong knowledge of local businesses and trends
• proficient in local language(s)
• proficiency in other languages preferred
