Business Development - CER

Job description

Role of Business Development in the Certification department in Jeddah. Reports to Syed Salam and Muhammad Masoom Saif. Works with BD Manager, Certification Manager, Operations Manager, Training Manager, coordinators and collectors. Achieves 100% sales utilization for certification and training revenue. Develops new clients per quarterly targets with RFPs. Visits new and existing customers monthly. Gathers competitor intelligence three times per month. Maintains process and technical compliance of contract documents. Submits proposals and invoices to clients. Cross‑sells with other business lines. Manages client relationships and data integrity. Handles accounts receivable collection. Uses analytical skills for client and sales data management. Suggests new products based on projected sales and revenue.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Economics or Mass Communication
• Any MS training such as ISO 9001 or equivalent certification or safety management certification
• Market knowledge, legal requirements and management systems information
• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development (preferably with a CB or MS consultancy organization)
