SAP Procurement Solutions Analyst - S/4HANA & Ariba

Job description

Support and enhance procurement technology solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Technology Platform. Enable integrated Source-to-Pay processes, supporting procurement operations and supplier lifecycle management. Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement, IT teams, suppliers and technology partners to analyze requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field
• 5–7 years experience in SAP procurement solutions, SAP functional consulting or business systems analysis
• proficient in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP MM
• hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba and its procurement and sourcing capabilities
• good understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes
• experience with Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Guided Buying and supplier onboarding
• strong knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase orders, supplier management, material management and service procurement
• experience with Service Entry Sheets
• knowledge of SAP ECC Procurement and integration with S/4HANA
• understanding of SAP Ariba integrations with S/4HANA/ECC and other enterprise systems
• exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• good understanding of procurement and supplier management processes
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• experience working with cross‑functional business and IT teams
• ability to work in fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
