In two years, the company onboarded 850+ contracting firms, supported giga‑projects such as NEOM and King Salman Park, and scaled RFQs to $350 million while maintaining positive unit economics. Role: The Accounts Payable Accountant ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Responsibilities: Process and verify invoices, code and post them accurately; ensure invoices match purchase orders, contracts, and company policies; manage high transaction volume with accuracy; prepare and process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and wires; meet payment terms; monitor and reconcile accounts for proper allocation; prepare monthly AP aging reports and assist cash‑flow forecasting; support month‑end closing and account reconciliations; ensure compliance with internal policies, IFRS standards, and audit requirements; maintain internal controls to minimize errors and prevent fraud; collaborate with procurement, operations, and other teams to resolve discrepancies; communicate with vendors to address queries and maintain positive relationships; contribute to process improvements, automation of AP workflows, and integration with financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
• strong knowledge of AP processes, IFRS standards, and internal controls
• proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools
• strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• effective communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• preferred experience with AP automation or system implementation projects
• preferred familiarity with ZOHO Books
• preferred knowledge of ZATCA requirements
