Supervising work teams and subcontractors. Follow up on business progress and submit periodic reports to management and the client. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements About this profession: Project managers ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and that its objectives are met. They oversee the project, manage the team, ensure the most efficient resources are used and ensure that all parties involved are satisfied. Typical duties of this profession: • Define project goals and ensure completion on time within budget • Oversee project teams and direct daily activities • Manage resources efficiently to achieve desired objectives • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction
