Store Manager

Job description

Role: Oversee all daily store operations including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness and organization. Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services, ensuring effective merchandising, pricing, and promotions. Build positive customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure high satisfaction. Develop and deliver training programs for staff covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales, and customer service. Collaborate with other departments to design training supporting company goals. Coach and mentor staff on sales and service skills, observe floor performance, provide feedback, and assess training effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail industry
• strong proficiency in English written and verbal
• bachelor's degree in related field
• proven experience as store manager or similar retail management role
• prior experience delivering training and coaching is a plus
• multitasking and time-management skills
• ability to prioritize tasks
• highly organized and detail-oriented
• ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
