Senior Category Manager - Beauty

Job description

As Senior Category Manager for Beauty you will scale the beauty vertical in the Saudi market. You will leverage deep expertise and regional network to lead seller acquisition, onboarding and ongoing seller success. You will manage end‑to‑end marketplace operations, drive continuous category growth, foster community building and hold full commercial accountability by owning category KPIs and P&L.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English
• 3+ years experience in the beauty industry as a buyer, account manager, brand manager, sales lead or prominent creator/affiliate background
• comprehensive industry knowledge of product lines, price points, local retailers and key market stakeholders
• established warm relationships with brands, authorized distributors or beauty retailers in Saudi Arabia or UAE
• strong project management skills
• prior experience in an e‑commerce marketplace or creator‑focused platform
• prior experience at a Saudi‑focused beauty retailer
• personal history of buying, selling or trading on livestream apps or auction marketplaces
