Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS / FRICS) - Multiple Opportunities (Pre- & Post-Contract)

Job description

We are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our growing Riyadh team. You will provide cost management services before and after contract for major projects across diverse sectors. Responsibilities include cost planning and estimating per RICS NRM standards, evaluating design options commercially, leading value engineering workshops, advising on procurement and tendering, managing post‑contract cost control, forecasting, contract administration, preparing monthly commercial reports, risk identification and mitigation, and supporting claim analysis and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics or related field
• MRICS or FRICS accreditation mandatory
• minimum 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in consultancy
• experience delivering large‑scale complex projects
• experience working in Saudi Arabia, GCC or Middle East
• proven stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams
• strong technical Quantity Surveying and Cost Management expertise
• analytical, problem‑solving and commercial awareness skills
• excellent report writing, presentation and communication abilities
• client‑facing and relationship‑building experience
• ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• strong negotiation and influencing skills
• high attention to detail and quality
• leadership and mentoring capability
• proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• proficiency in industry cost‑management software
• familiarity with RLB's Ross 5D or similar systems
