Requirements

• Proven track record of handling finance transactions
• fluent in English
• experience working in a "Magic Circle" or top‑tier international law firm
• fluency in Arabic is a plus
• first‑class legal ability with a practical commercial approach
• excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• exceptional academic results
• experience or exposure to advising on Saudi law aspects of cross‑border transactions
• genuine interest in the Middle East
