Contracts and Trade Manager

Job description

Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project. Handle claims, variations, and contractual correspondence. Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors. Monitor project costs, risks, and commercial performance. Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 10–15 years experience in contracts/commercial roles
• Contracting/construction industry experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and variations
• Experience in building/fit-out/MEP projects preferred
