Director of Facilities Management

The Director of Facilities Management provides strategic, technical and operational leadership for the lifecycle management of built and natural assets across multiple sites. The role oversees planning, operation and continuous improvement of facilities management and landscape O&M services, acting as a senior advisor to executive leadership, government agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements

• extensive experience (15+ years) in facilities and asset management of large, complex, multi‑site environments
• deep knowledge of O&M across hard services, soft services, infrastructure and large‑scale landscape environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management
• bachelor’s degree in urban design, architecture or landscape or equivalent
