Civil Engineer

Job description

Preparing and reviewing designs, engineering drawings and construction calculations. Conducting field visits to supervise construction work on site. Preparing technical reports and submitting them to the engineering department. A general overview of the profession: studying the topography and geology of the construction site and the results of the soil examination test, preparing structural designs, following up on the preparation of construction plans and auditing them, supervising the implementation of the project and conforming to specifications, and preparing specialized documents and reports on the results of the work. The usual tasks for this profession: • Study the topography and geology of the construction site and the results of soil examination • Prepare and audit construction designs and plans • Prepare tables of quantities and specifications for construction materials • Supervise project implementation and conformity to engineering specifications

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• University qualification in Civil Engineering (Bachelor) or equivalent
• Work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year
• Good knowledge of approved engineering codes, standards and requirements
• Mastery of AutoCAD
• Mastery of SAP2000
• Master ETABS
• Skills in field supervision and follow-up of construction works and preparation of reports
