Job description

We are looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to execute projects from planning to final delivery. Full supervision of projects. Coordination between designers, contractors and consultants. Decision making and control of schedules and budgets. Review of technical documents and specifications and their approval. Preparing periodic reports for senior management on project progress and performance rates

Requirements

• experience in real estate project management
• experience as an owner representative in real estate development companies
• proficiency with schedule and budget management tools
• bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
