Senior Associate - Leasing

Job description

The role is responsible for managing the organization’s retail property portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, budget analysis, store openings, and uploading leasing contracts to government platforms. Follow division policies and procedures, execute day‑to‑day activities with minimal supervision, prepare and implement leasing plans and tactics to exploit current market supply and generate future locations, prepare target lists of prospective sites, develop mall profiles and conduct due diligence, negotiate and finalize lease terms according to guidelines and budgets, ensure proper documentation and authorized signatures, maintain awareness of local legal procedures, renew leases timely and record changes, prepare weekly/monthly/annual progress reports, analyze performance versus budget and take corrective actions, and undertake marketing initiatives for the portfolio.
