Job description

Develop real estate promotion strategies and conduct client tours while answering inquiries. Prepare and organize rental contracts, review terms, follow up on renewals, and negotiate to ensure satisfaction of both parties. Prepare periodic reports for management regarding rental activities and occupancy rates
