The International Industrial Group in the Aluminum Sector in Saudi Arabia manages a complete recruitment cycle for engineering, technical, and senior management positions. Responsibilities include using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for initial screening, candidate evaluation, and negotiation within budget, preparing and monitoring recruitment reports and performance metrics such as time to fill and offer acceptance rate, plus managing mass recruitment campaigns and hiring events as needed

• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, and senior management roles
• Strong skills in closing, communication, and negotiation
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS programs, and reporting tools
