Financial Analyst - Planning & Performance Management

the employer is seeking a Financial Analyst specialized in Planning & Performance Management to join its team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning, monitors financial and operational KPIs, prepares variance analysis reports, identifies cost‑optimization opportunities, collaborates across departments to align financial plans, develops financial models for decision making, delivers regular performance reports and presentations, utilizes advanced analytical tools, and stays informed on market, industry and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• minimum 10 years experience in Financial Analysis, Planning & Performance Management or Business Systems Analysis
• expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling
• experience in transformation programs, value capture initiatives, KPI development and performance reporting in large organizations
• strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
• experience with Power BI or SAP a plus
• fluent in English
• Arabic knowledge an advantage
