Revenue Cycle Management and Finance Specialist

Job description

Responsible for overseeing financial management and healthcare revenue cycle for KAUST Health. Works closely with health leadership, finance teams, healthcare operators and insurers to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, quotations, insurance claims and payments. Plays a key role in reducing claim rejections, improving collections, identifying financial discrepancies, maintaining budget control and ensuring transparency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Healthcare Management
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA advantage
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years in a Lead, Senior Specialist or Supervisor role
• Experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, medical billing and insurance claims
• Proficient in insurance claim validation, submission, reconciliation and denial management
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Hands‑on experience managing healthcare budgets and expenditures
• Experience working with healthcare operators and insurers
• Experience identifying and resolving billing and claim discrepancies
• Experience preparing financial and RCM reports for senior management
