Job description

Leads the marketing team at Helios Group to develop and implement strategies supporting business growth and market positioning. Responsibilities include team supervision and guidance, preparing and executing marketing plans and campaigns, managing digital and traditional campaigns with performance analysis, developing brand identity and presence across channels, collaborating with sales and development departments to support targets, overseeing exhibitions, events, product launches, and promotional campaigns, preparing performance reports, analyzing KPIs, and proposing improvements, and managing relationships with marketing agencies and suppliers

• Experience in the marketing field
• Experience in leading a work team
• Experience in preparing and implementing marketing plans and managing digital campaigns
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in restaurant equipment, central kitchens, hospitality, or related industrial and commercial sectors
