Financial Manager

Job description

The role involves preparing periodic financial statements and reports, managing the budget cycle and forecasts. It includes overseeing costs and operational budgets, preparing feasibility studies and supporting reports for expansion and investment decisions. It entails tracking collections, credit policies, and cash flows, as well as managing and developing the finance and accounting team and coordinating with other departments. The role aims to improve financial systems and processes efficiency, enhance report quality and governance, while ensuring compliance with zakat, tax, internal audit, and approved policies

Requirements

• Experience in preparing budgets, financial reports, cost analysis, and cash flow management
• strong knowledge of governance, internal controls, and compliance
• proficiency in the English language
• high analytical and leadership skills and decision-making capability
• ability to lead teams and influence effectively
• accuracy and punctuality
• strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• deep understanding of business models in the food and manufacturing hospitality sectors
