Job description

Leads culinary operations for Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Develops strategic plans to elevate food and beverage offerings across all Raffles & Fairmont properties in the Red Sea region. Oversees financial performance of all F&B outlets, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Leads a large team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensures the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction across all dining venues. Collaborates with the executive chef to create innovative menus reflecting local flavors and international trends. Establishes strict quality control and food safety standards. Manages inventory and supply chain for cost-effective operations. Builds relationships with local suppliers and industry partners. Stays abreast of global F&B trends and implements best practices. Represents Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea at industry events and forums. Monitors KPIs to track efficiency and profitability. Develops comprehensive staff training programs to enhance service quality and employee engagement. Oversees POS system implementation and optimization. Champions sustainability initiatives and environmental best practices. Develops marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive F&B revenue and boost brand visibility across the cluster

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• minimum 10 years experience in luxury hospitality F&B management
• extensive experience managing multi-outlet operations in high-end hotels or resorts
• strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization
• exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop large teams
• advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications
• proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong problem-solving abilities and decisive action in fast-paced environments
• in-depth understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine and culture, and international F&B trends
• experience working in the Middle East
• fluency in English
• Arabic knowledge a plus
